I created custom ribbon ui and I have macro inside and everything is working
When I changed something I call invalidate and it is changing getLabel and getPressed but it doesnt working with onAction event,
Can you help me about that?

What do you mean it doesn't work with onAction? Invalidating a control is not supposed to run its onAction callback.

Yeah I know but with some macro the onaction doesnt work anymore and I need to close excel and open it to back onAction again.
We'd need a lot more information to help then. Preferably a sample workbook.
