Problem wih logical es formula

Hi

I created the following formula in excel and it was working up until today - just can't figure out why it won't now. So in G1 I have..

=IF(E1="Open",(TODAY()-H1,"N/A")

H1 = date in the past, E1 = either Closed or Open (dropdown list)

Result was if Open - days between today and date in H1 showed in G1, If closed would be N/A

Not made any changes to the spreadsheet - any ideas why it stopped working - if not any other
method to get same result?

Formula correct in excel - I just typed it wrong in the thread.

However it is working OK this morning - must have been a glitch in the office's excel system
