Hi all,

I need to find the author name where its frequency=1, but want to copy the data only if the previous author name is same. Say for instance author name is Alex on row 5 and its frequency is 1, but want to check for if the previous row, i.e., row 4 also contains the author name Alex. If yes i want to copy row 4 and 5 to the result sheet.

Any help on this? the sample sheet is attached for better understanding.
