How to disable Heading Control, via VBA in the Ribbon, View Tab

Hi,
I would deseable Heading Control in the View Tab when the user opens a specific worksheet, and I should refresh the some control on closing, set it as enabled.

My goal: the user cannot click on Heading Control in the View Tab according to show/hide heading for this specific worksheet.

I was able to set Heading as ON or OFF via VBA, but is not enough for my, I want to get che control unmanageable by the user, maybe i sould set as OFF and then protect it, but I don't know how do this.
