Sum problem help for a novice

Hello

I have a formula in column G cells which looks at column A cells and if the condition is met it copies column B into G.
That formula works

I then want to sum total column G without taking out the text ie 'mins' so in my example I would have a result of 140 mins.

Is that possible

or

How could I modify my working formula to just copy and paste the numeric and ignore the text.

Both answers would help me better understand
