I have coded some but I am a still newbie and I have less time from my boss haha.
I got a excel file with many columns
there is a value in column "D " that presents max characters that is allowed for a cell.
I need to check all cells in column K to V and if there is more than the value it says in D Highlight same row and each cell highlight the cell with color red otherwise if its less highlight the cell with green

Could someone help me with a code?
