Macro to Create new Sheets based on the values available in a particular column

Hello Everybody,

Kindly assist me for a macro which will create new sheets in workbook as per the values available in a particular column.

Kindly find attached a excel for your reference.

As per the values available in column "Tariff" I want the different sheets along with the data copied in new sheets with respect to that value
The name of values in column "Tariff" is not fixed. The number of values may increase or decrease.
