Outlook 2013, Copying message body to excel 2013. Help!

I have been working on this for the past week and its killing my production.
I am trying to get the contents of a email that is sent to me with a specific subject to copy the message body into excel when i click a button.
The layout of the email body is:

You have received the following request:
Description of Work : The new version one /nThe fact I is
    Select Trade(s) : Electricians,Plumbers,Refrigeration
    Upload File :
    Date : 2015-11-04
    Store Number : 1197
I need description of work, select trades, (upload file is going to be blank everytime), date, store number. All sent to separate cells but in the same row.
New email would need to go to same excel spreadsheet but start a different row.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Repairing Office should fix the registry related issue between Outlook and Excel. As for extracting data from messages toi Excel, see http://www.gmayor.com/extract_data_from_email.htm and http://www.gmayor.com/extract_email_data_addin.htm
