Finding a non-unique value and take max in another column

Hi.
I hope you can help me with an issue I can't figure out to program in VBA.

My problem is that I need to take the maximum revenue from rows that have the same value(ID)- the remaining revenues should else be 0. My dataset is a lot bigger then the example, but the result should look like this:
