Solved: Word - "tracked changes" miscellany

These are probably as plain as day but I don't see the answers.

    1. Can I isolate the tracked changes on the screen, or can I only just print them via {file/print/list of markup} ? If not innate, I'm open to VBA that simply "goes to the next revision," or even something more elaborate.

    2. Is there a standard menu (keyboard!) access to "accept/reject" changes, or are they only on the reviewing toolbar?

    3. (Yikes, this one sounds seriously dumb: ) Does "accept" permanently wipe out the evidence, or can you retrieve "pre-acceptance" revision data? (Geez, I hope not - because otherwise, documents would just swell out the wazoo.)
I just found a cool semi-advanced VBA page - dictionary, queue, etc. http://analystcave.com/excel-vba-dic...ta-structures/

    What version, dude?

    1. What's the problem? If you're using 2003, maybe you need this?

    2. Ditto

    3. No. Maybe this will help:

1., 2. Yes, I am W2003 (sorry, and thank you for guessing), and yes, Dreamie hits another one out of the park. That link's exactly the ticket.

I find {File/Print/Document Showing Markup} to be a handy accompaniment when there's more than a few changes. I hoped to get that alone on the screen, but printing it and then walking the changes via next/previous works fine.

    3. That's useful, but my question was sort of the opposite. That dealt with the issue of a .DOC that didn't [yet] get "Accepts," and I'm referring to after the Accepts have been done. AAR I stand by my belief that it's a stupid question so let's let it diiie!

    Hmm - I'm sure you've seen http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010778051033.aspx ? (Ducking and running)

Thanks for the excellent help. :outahere
