Object as Picture and Data Rearrange

Hi Experts,

I have attached my excel file. This excel file having input data in "Data Filled" tab and require out put in tab "Record". I have provided results how it looks like in tab "Result Required".

My requirement to copy data from data filled to record tab by using macros.

Pls considered the merge cells for image and transpose required while coping. I understood steps but difficult to write code on this, so please try best to solve this thread.
