Sleeper: Comparing pivot table and adding value to cell

Hi!
I have 2 pivot tables called:
in sheet "AKTUALNIE" the name of the pivot = "Tabela przestawna4"
in sheet "Arkusz1" the name of the pivot = "Tabela przestawna2"

What i want to achieve is to make macro wich whenever the pivot "Tabela przestawna2" in column "N" contain value same as pivot "Tabela przestawna4" in column "D" macro will add value "y" to the cell in column "X" in the sheet "AKTUALNIE" in row wich contain this mutual value.
