Word Macro to update multiple word files, Protected by password

Hi,

I am in need of a Macro to update (Find & replace) contents for a set of 250 word files.

I receive 250 + files every month, along come a list of changes to be made in the files usually a set of 20 files.

e.g. - In 20 files I need to replace the enrollment chagre from $213 to $280,
- In the Second set of 70 files I need to replace the footer as "Version Date 10/5/2016" from "Version Date 10/1/2016"

NOTE all files are password protected ( same Password).

Any help appreciated.
