Solved: Line Graphs Plotting Blanks & N/A

    Hi everyone,

I am having a really annoying problem. I have 2 line graphs that keep plotting future blank values.

The cells in question are actually blank (completely blank).

I have also changed the cells to NA. Thats worse because I am showing values so NA appears across the chart.

I am now out of ideas, Please can someone help?

(Ps. Using MS Excel 2000 SP3)

    Thank you

    Kieran

    Ismael,

Thanks a lot for your help. Your graphs work exactly how I want mine to.

I have tried that formula several times and nothing. I wonder if you would mind looking at my version attached.

Worksheet 1 : shows the graphs and the problems I am having.
Worksheet 2 : please look at the yellow cells where you can see what I have tried

Thanks again your help is greatly appreciated

    Ismael/everyone,

I have just re-wizard'ed the charts and they work.

I have no idea why the original graphs were performing in that way.

Thanks a lot for all your help though.

    Hi Kieran,

In attach, tou will find the changed charts.

The problem was the type of the chart.

    Ismael,

I'm sure you won't believe me but I checked that and on my pc it showed them as the same graph.

I went back and reselected and it worked as you have done.

Anyway thanks a lot, I am very grateful.

    Kieran
