Global address book

I want all FirstName and LastNames from Global address list in a listview......

I am able to get the alias of the member but not firstname and lastname...

Its giving me error macros are dissabled.
security level is high.

How can i enable it?
DO i have to make many changes to get firstname and lastname in listview?
I have added ref to cdo 1.21 and outlook 11.0

Ok, I have done it.

Only headings are coming, no data is displayed in columns.
I have 6 members in my global address list.
