Hi All,

I have a requirement to email a report to various people from MS Access via Outlook using VBA. This is straightforward.

The email that goes out has a report attached.

My question for this forum is, is there a way with Outlook forms to have a pre-formatted reply that they can type comments into?

I am on outlook 2013 but I have no idea nor control over what email system the recipients use since they could be outside the organization - I would presume HTML would be support in email.

The replies I hope will be automatically imported into the database, so I need a clearly delimited area for the "comments" in the reply.
