This is my first post on the website but I have worked before on VBA before never with outlook.

Ideally I would like to find a code that moves emails from my inbox into some folders based on the subject. Currently what I do is search for a name and if the subject contains the name i moved everything it finds into a sub folder.

I have around 10-15 folders I would need this to run for.
I have looked online some similar codes however I am not sure how to edit it to make it work. Also to insert it should I just create a new module pressing alt ALT+F11?

Finally I need this code to run only when I need it i.e not automatically, just when I activete the macro.
