Export sender and email body to excel

Hi ,

I`m new to VBA and i need to export the sender and the body email ( each line of text in a new column in excel) of all e-mails of an inbox subfolder.Please can you help me with a code for this or guide me to some similar threads ? I was searching thru outlook forum but i didn't find what i looked for.
