Track updated data in table

Please need your help in the attached file, theres 4 stages for each product
In the main table above say product 111 changes from stage s1 to s2 , i want the result to be in a new table as the below table please check the excel file.
So the below table tracks any update in the above table . Listing all the stages the product been through
