Filter and create outlook email

Hello Experts,
I have attached a sample file. For all the names in column A, I want to filter it and attach the corresponding Data in an outlook email which also includes the person's email address( one or more) and send the email. It has to be From: dion@hotmail.com and Title as :Please review. I want to do it automatically through VBA. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.Filter and send email.xlsx

Would the alias associated email list always start at Sheet1.[F2] with prefix of column A value & "---"?

It might be easier to maintain column A alias/group name in say Sheet2.[A2] and down with Sheet2.[B2] and down containing the associated email(s).
