I have 10 SOURCES sharing the common output,
each source has a give weight, and maximum to not exceed, there is minimum to be grantee if in the congestion situation,...
=> the reference is to expect convergence of iteration 1,2,... to to the TOTAL value.
can I get your support to simply this calculation form,
