Help Loop and Count if more than one unique

Hi there,

Any help here would be much appreciated as I'm pressed for a deadline today

The file is about 90K rows, so this is just a little example of what i'm looking at

Here's what I need to provide

Look at Long Name in column F, Identify and Count the amount unique vendors in column D, Output what those unique vendor are correlated to Long Name in a format (spreadsheet or chart)...something easy to digest

Copy Columns D and F to another sheet. Then with Data Menu, Filter >> Advanced Filter >> "Unique records only"
