Adding a unique watermark to a PDF from Excel

Hi all,

I have a list of PDFs that need watermarking with a unique number that is made up of the part of the filename, for example the code for a document called "BMW12345-01.PDF" would be "MW12345". Is there any way I can add this watermark straight from my spreadsheet?
If it was possible to change a PDFs keyword information to the unique code then I can do the stamping from PDF-Xchange.

If this is possible it would save me doing a very repetitive and long task.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
