Override limit of 254 characters string in find & replace . Word 2010

How can I find and replace strings longer than 254 characters in word 2010 ?

Can I find part of the string and delete the rest replacing with the new string ?

How can i solve this in anyway most simplest ?

In that case, you should ensure cross-post links are always provided. Most forums have rules about this and you're liable to be kicked off them if you repeatedly break those rules (I've seen it happen). You should also be aware that some people won't even bother replying if you've cross-posted.

I never like the boss type forum or the slaving procedures.
But for me is disgusting to discuss.

How many hours do you think I can wait to post in other forum if I don't receive a needed answer. You don't have any obligation to answer, but you are forcing me to wait for.

Why I can't post to solve my doubts in any forum ?

I know some forums more preocupied in control users than give an answer.
So I am used to received no answer and many recommendations about the "perfect post".

The only perfect post is the helpful one in my opinion.

The most forums don't have those rules you tell me.
    Only some ones.
Usually powerful forums beginning to lose its power. Just because don't accept freedom from users.

What is the purpose of ?

I have a reason. What reason do you have to control me ?

We think you are being rude to us.

Are you always rude to people?

Why do you want to make so many people waste their time when you aren't going to use what they do for you?

If you are not nice to us why should we be nice to you?

Why are you trying to control us to your benefit?

You should only use those forums that don't try to "enslave" you.
I expect the student to do their homework and find all the errrors I leeve in.

Esgrimidor: Your attitude suggests you're on a very short path to being banned from here. Wise up or face the consequences.

Even on forums that don't have an explicit policy about this (e.g.MS Office Forums), you're likely to find yourself being 'reminded' of the need for the common courtesy of providing links and, if you ignore it, you'll be ignored too... or even banned.

PS: I administer/moderate a number of the above forums, so be careful...

I don't agree with cross posting.
I understand only not duplicate posting in the same forum. But I can do my doubts where i want. And you are free not answer.
The same question may have two or more answers without problems.
Of course you are free to kicking, killing, expulsing, banning and other techniques.

One wonders whether you even bothered to read the information is any of the links you've been given, especially in this forum's own rules? Do you even understand what that say on the subject? If so, what is your objection? If you have read them and all you're objecting to is a modicum of common courtesy (which all you posts on the matter lack), your arrogance suggests you won't be with us much longer. Perhaps you'd prefer us to ban you now and spare everyone here any more of your attitude???
