conditional format on a different column

I know this is probably simple, but I must be missing something

What is the formula code on conditional formatting for this

Where Test (column N) = 1, make column column M background blue

Current Drop Week Unique Identifier Test
    LIVEM37232401 0
    LIVER40232401 0
    LIVEM35232402 0
    LIVER32232402 1
    LIVET24232501 1

I am using EXCEL 2007 but it is much the same in more recent versions just that MS keep moving the menus around:

    Select cell M1
    Select conditional formatting “New Rule”
Then “Use a cell to determine which formula to format”
Then click in the box where it says: “format values where this formula is true”
Then click on cell N1, then type “=1”
Now select the Format button and select the colour you would like, then click ok
Now copy the formatting from M1 down the whole M column
