    Solved: Lost Mail Merge

    I recently got a new PC (Windows XP Pro + Office 2000), and somewhere in updating Windows etc. I can no longer run Tools/Mail Merge, as it is not an available option, although Tools/Merge Documents... has now appeared, but without the original functionality. Anyone know why?

    PS. No in-depth solutions required as I will reformat and replace if necessary.

    Ew. I think you now have Office 2002, MD. That would be Tools-Letters and mailings-Mail Merge.
