use customised dictionary in a document

    Hi Guy,
I work for a aviation company, i require to document all of my work. All these documents use a standard know as simplified technical english (STE). in STE we are not allowed to use words that can cause ambiguity and give a different meaning.
    Eg:
Allocate should not be used in the document.
Allocate the various maintenance tasks to technicians.
    should be written as
Give the different maintenance tasks to the technicians.

There is STE dictionary which is a 200+ pages pfd with 2000+ words.

I was having an idea if i could automate the word document to show all these non-confirming word that are in the document. i was thinking something like the red zig-zag line that comes with and incorrect spelling but i dont know how much possible is that

It will be great if you can help me with a direction to move forward in this automation.

    Cheers
    Kumar

On the face of it, you should add the words to an exclude dictionary. Words in an exclude dictionary are not accepted as true spellings and thus flagged as incorrectly spelled. See https://www.howtogeek.com/245781/how...check-in-word/
