Play sounds with different keys on a slide

Is it possible for a presenter to press different keys linked to different sound files on a particular slide? Can VBA be written for this? For example, I have a slide with a question and there are two possible responses. It will be correct or incorrect. If correct, I press a key for a sound file which might be an applause. If incorrect, I could press another key which would be something like, oh no! I want to program two keys, one for each response. I use 2013 and 2016 versions.

    Thanks.

There is no way to do this, macros cannot be run from keyboard shortcuts. (Well only very complex ways that involve a lot of code.)

Thanks, that is what I thought. Too bad there isn't an add on program that could do this.

You might want to look at ShortCut Manager (not free) from officeOne. I have not personally tried it.
