Is this possible?? Powerpoint 2010

I am creating a PPT show with multi choice questions & answers.
1 question per slide.
4 possible answers.
If the user chooses the correct answer a messagebox appears 'well done'
If the user chooses the incorrect answer a messagebox appears 'incorrect please try again'
the slides are identical.
the question is in a textbox.

Is it possible to have a table on slide 1 of the Powerpoint Presentation version of the show with 6 columns

Question Number - Question - Answer 1 - Answer 2 - Answer - 3 - Answer 4

which could be used to populate the slides?

It is possible but ideally you would want to name the text boxes and answer shapes so they can be easily located and have some coding knowledge.
