Need to Add 'Send' and 'Print' Button Functions on Excel Spreadsheets

    Hi everyone!

I have two excel spreadsheets as attached. I would like to add a button for 'Send'. The button should send the spreadsheet via Outlook to predefined email addresses. I would like to add a button for 'Print'; The button should send the spreadsheet to predefined printer. I would like to be able to 'edit' the email addresses (without user visibility). After adding these features, both should be able to be saved in 'Excel Template' format.
Any help or guidance is appreciated in this regard as soon as possible. Thanks!

Please explain more specifically what you are speaking of. I see the two workbooks, each having one sheet.

What range/s are you speaking about ?
    What should be emailed ?
    What should be printed ?
What template / what range for the template / how do you intend to use this template ?

    Hi Logit,

Thank you for your response. I have been able to figure out the code myself. See attached file.

    Answers to your questions:

Range includes all data in both excel files.
All data in both excel files.
All data in both excel files.
All data in both template files.
