Sleeper: Need help on find text then add to another col

Hello,
I'm attaching example. Don't know how to figure out the code. I've spent last 2 hrs searching how accomplish task & nothing

1. If col C-F has certain word "Top or Bot" Than add to col A with "_" & clear those cells once copied
2. If col B has certain word V2, V3, V4 (length might vary) than swap adjacent cell
