Macro to hyperlink section endnotes in Word 2003 so they export as links in PDF

I have a Word 2003 file with each chapter in a separate section and endnotes at the end of each section, numbered from 1 in each.
The file will be exported to PDF, and I'd like these section endnotes to be clickable in the PDF.

Any help, especially a macro that does this, would be much appreciated.
