    Multiple e-mail Accounts

    Hi

We're running Outlook 2003 on XP and I trying to setup outlook to access a another e-mail account so that it will appear in the Folder List bar, I know how to setup another profile and switch by exiting but the only problem is I want to know when I get new e-mails on both accounts at the same time. I have done it in earlier versions of outlook but cant remember how to do it?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Steve

    Hi steve,

    Tools > E-Mail Accounts ...

Then you can either "Add a new e-mail account", or go via "View or Change existing" and press Add on the next dialog.
    Enjoy,
    Tony

    Hi Tony

Sorry for the late reply! I have tried adding a new e-mail account and when I select Exchange Server click next it says 'You already have a Microsoft Exchange Server account set up. Outlook supports only one exchange server account at a time.' I then thought I would try it on a Pop3 account - it lets me set up but does not show this a different mailbox on the folders pane. The main one I need is the additional exchange server account.

    Any ideas?

    Steve
