auto filter and send by outlook

I had this working until i tinkered with it. the goal is to filter it by name, create a new worksheet, copy the data to it and then send it to outlook.

Now what seems to be happening is that the filter works but the only time it gets the outlook email to create is on the last email of the mailinfo sheet.

Having stepped through it multiple times I do not see why it only works on the last email on the email sheet. If you step thru it with F8, the email address is always blank except the last iteration where somehow it picks it up and works correctly.

The sub in question is on sheet1. probably something simple im overlooking.

Additionally the time difference column is not correct. Im either not showing it formatted correctly or the formula is incorrect.
