VBA: How to prevent chart / picture / button from moving in Excel?

I have an image name table.png and I need to fix it in the upper LHS.
I have to see the table and enter data in rows while scrolling based on column A values.

Yes I want to display an image (say the cats image) on the button face. Please help me with the code for "Sheet2: This macro keeps button in upper left corner of window (after left click)." I want to keep it in upper Right Hand Side. PS: Sheet2 macro is not working.

Place picture where you want it.
Right Click on Picture
Size and Properties
Properties
Select "Don't Move or Size With Cells"
