Macro for data validation with two condition and high-light row

Good morning Expert,

From the attached sheet, I want to macro program while will clean the data by inserting a column at the end and name as 'Datacleaning' .


Rule 1
Datcleaning=valid only when (itemname and brand name column data match) or (itemname data avaliable and brand name is blank)
Datcleaning=invalid when itemname and brand name column data mismatch (e.g. RN7 and RN15). If possible, high-light invalid row with some color.


Rule 2
when Manufacture_country, ItemName and Capacity matches between two sheets. ItemName and Capacity will be based on wild card search
