VBE Editor Select Module

Good day folks

any one know how i may be able to select the module as shown.

When its selected its blue.

I have looked at all the keyboard shortcuts for VBE editor and tested many

am i missing a obvious keyboard shortcut ?

This is so that i can quickly go up and down my modules and peak into each one

Ctrl+R to activate the project explorer, then just use the up and down arrows.

this is exactly what i needed.

so i need to use CTRL + R each time then Up arrow
