ID matching with Name and sub six hours work time calculation

Dear Gents,

I have two problems:

- In attached file, in "GRAFIK" tab in C column are drop downs with associate names which are sourced from "KADRY" tab. The problem is with column D where is the associate ID number whitch is also source from "KADRY" tab can you help me with formula for correct associate number (matching with associate) in D column?

- In tab "PLAN" column "suma godzin" and "WYKONANIE" tab "Suma" column. This i where work time is being calculated according to data enetered in "IN" and "OUT" columns. Assocites work 8 and 15 minutes but the work time must be 8 hours because this 15 min are additional lunch break. But lunch break it can be only used when associate work more then 6 hours. So no 15 subtaction in less then 6 hours work time, also need help with this.

Your supplied spreadsheet has far too much going on.

Maybe you could simplify the issue then supply and easier to understand example of what you require help with.
