VBA for AUDITING

We have schedule in excelfile I want to make the auiting process autometically using macro o look for followings:

• Any missed/open shift
• Night to Day shift (meaning someone has not been schedued for Night Shift today and Day shift tomorrow)
• Highlight with different color when someone is scheduled for more than 7 days
• Highlight wth diferent color when someone is scheduled for 4 nights

Rewrite the schedule and restructure the worksheet so that even us idiot Programmers can understand it.

Also, as written you can't compare one week's ending shift against the next week's starting shift (S=N + S=D)
