static "fake" pivot table

Hello, I am very new to this and really appreciate you posting this as it's nearly exactly what I'm looking for. I'm curious however if there is a way to make the total column sum all values that aren't unique for a given unique row.

Basically I want use a similar methodology to create a static "fake" pivot table that splits out a designated column into new header with total values of a different column.
