Excel recalculate everytime i write in a cell

    Hi eveybody:
I am programming some macros in Excel 2010. My problem is that everytime i write something in a cell, Excel recalculate all workbook.
I write in a cell only values, not formulas, and this cell is not realted with any formula of another cells.
Every time i write i try to put calculate in manual, but when later i put in automatic, it recalculate again.
I can not put it in manual all time, because, i need to recalculate some forms before paste it as values in another cells.
Why is my Excel recalculating with every write? Can anybody help me?
    Thanks in advance
