I don't know what to do with message in Excel

I have been using MS Excel 2007 during some years. I know many formulas, operators and etc. But I don't know what to do with...Excel cannot complete this task with the available resources. I got this message yesterday evening, at opening my document. It is very valuable because I'm working with file on my job. I can't do something right now with the message.

1. Restart the computer and see if it happens again -- all the way down to power off

2. Did the workbook work before?

Remember: Tell us WHAT you want to do, not HOW you think you want to do it

1. Use
....
Tags for readability
PasteYourCodeHere
-- (or paste your code, select it, click [#] button)
2. Upload an example
Go Advanced / Attachments - Manage Attachments / Add Files / Select Files / Select the file(s) / Upload Files / Done
3. Mark the thread as [Solved] when you have an answer
Thread Tools (on the top right corner, above the first message)
4. Read the Forum FAQ, especially the part about cross-posting in other forums

Use the Settings/Control Panel Add or Remove Programs to remove any very recent updates
I expect the student to do their homework and find all the errrors I leeve in.

The following steps might help recover your file:
1. Click the File menu
2. Click Open
3. Locate the file, but do not click the Open button. Instead, click the drop-down arrow next to the Open button.
4. Click "Open and Repair"
5. In the dialog that pops up, choose "Repair". If that does not work, try the "Extract Data".
6. Let us know if this works. If not, we will see what else we can come up with for you.

Or might be some alternative variants:
