Hey nelmey, I know this post is quite old, but I'm trying to accomplish the same thing. I've formatted my columns as glennlawr did, however I think there might be a possibility that the remind column formatting might be the issue. I have those formatted as number, with 0 decimals. I've copied your code script into VBA. When I run the macro I'm receiving no compile errors, but also no appointments are being created. I have activated the Excel/Outlook 16 Object Libraries in VBA tools. Here is a screenshot of my data:

Not sure what else to do. Thank you for any help on this. If you can provide your source excel file I would certainly appreciate it.
