Amalgamating and texting

Hi, i am going thru a series of data on a daily basis and needs a summary as belows. Can anyone share on how i can sum the qty by counter and then enter it into a field horizontally. currently i use =A2&": "&B2&" "&C2&" "&D2&", "&E2&" "&F2&" "&G2

And i manually calculate cells C2:4 into C2, delete rows C3-4
then manually calculate C5:6 into C5, delete C6
then copy cells B6 into cells E:G2

so on and so forth.. please help!
