Dear Expert,
in Microsoft Words menu there are: File, Edit, View, Format, etc...(on the menu)...However, when I open one of the template, the "View" menu was disable / dissapeared / hidden...anyone knows how to enables "View" menu to be appeared as normal please?
Please let me know..Because I have a task to change to template configuration...

Does this happen on all of your documents or just one? If its only one document then it sounds like there is some vba code that runs on document open. (Guessing)

If you normally have it but don't when you use a particular template it rather sounds like that template deliberately removes it. Does the t emplate have any code that runs on opening or creating documents?
