Hi people,
I am looking for some help. I receive many email all day long with this kind of subject:
Luis sent a new Purchase Order AD6834
WM sent a new Purchase Order AD6664
All of these have an .htm file. What I currently do is the following:
- Open the email and reply to a different user (email) saying " Luis, thanks for the PO, it will be process today"
- I double click on the .htm file > type CTRL+P to print and save it as pdf in a certain folder from the customer (it could be Luis or WM folder)
Doing this one time is okay, but doing this 30 or more times a day is time consuming. I am looking for a VBA code that can be executed from excel and create the pdf and save them in certain location.
One thing that I was thinking on was this:
As I receive emails i can type the PO number in an excel sheet like this:
AD6438
AD5258
AG5896
And then run the macro, search these POs from Outlook, open the email and save the .htm file as pdf in "C:My customers" folders
