Access Grand Total Volume

I have created a table, and a grand total volume for that table. However, the issue I'm having is that the total is in a different tab than the actual table. I wanted the total to auto update as I added information but to be in view without having to switch tabs. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I am not sure what you mean by "different tabs", ar you talking about a Form?
You also do nat say what version of Access you are using.
