I have many messages in my Inbox Folder

Most of it I receive from my friends, but some of it from my chief. Today I've opened Inbox to read new messages - An unexpected error prevented access to this file. Use ScanDisk to check the disk for errors, and then try using the Inbox Repair tool again. This message I saw, I applied ScanPST to repair my outlook data, but it couldn't do anything. I reinstalled Outlook, it also didn't give any effect. I having no clue what to further. I'm on MS Outlook 2007 under Windows 7 x32.

Its time to take backup and update Windows. But before doing this, you can perform below steps to fix it.
    Exit Outlook.
Open a Run dialog box. To do this, use one of the following procedures, as appropriate to your version of Windows:
If you're running Windows 10, Windows 8.1, or Windows 8, press the Windows logo key+R.
If you're running Windows 7, click Start, type Run in the Search box, and then click Run.
Type Outlook /safe, and then click OK.
If the issue is fixed, click Options on the File menu, and then click Add-Ins.
Select COM Add-ins, and then click Go.
Click to clear all the check boxes in the list, and then click OK.
Restart Outlook. If the issue doesn't occur, start adding the add-ins one at a time until the issue occurs.

If you are still unable to fix it by performing above steps, try any third-party tool given below to fix it successfully
