VBA code for automatic open sheet & Update & send mail

Dear All

I need VBA code for automatic open target sheet at given time (it still open 2-3 minute for data updation) & then run macro in this sheet automatically as paste special value 5 sheet & then send mail sheet automatically.

Can We con do this all through in excel by VBA code.
