I have a couple of regular tasks I do on my messy inbox. (is there such a thing as a non-messy inbox?)

I have "search entire inbox" turned on (I'd rather not). I will search for:
from:Name AND "this string of text"
That finds all the things I care about. I don't know how to do that in a Rule. I also want to limit to Subject line (but sometime not).

Is there a "custom rule" option that lets me build a statement like that?

In one particular case, I'm just going to hard delete.

In other cases, I'm going to move.

I'm ok with VBA forms and dynamic controls.

Ultimately, I will create a form for one of my searches that will let me select an existing folder, then use a folder that matches another string (or create it, if there is no match).

I'm also going to create a form I can use to move a folder to one of a short list of choices. (navigating through the 'move to' is bothersome.)
